目的研究不同类型急性闭角型青光眼行晶状体超声乳化吸出术对眼压控制的分析及前房角改变的关系。方法选取急性闭角型青光眼78只眼,通过超声生物显微镜(ubm)和房角镜检查确认其为闭角型,行超声乳化白内障吸出加人工晶体植入术。随访3个月,观察术前术后的前房深度,眼压变化及前房角的变化。结果手术后12周眼压控制率84.7%,房角开放率79.5%。结论急性闭角型青光眼行白内障超生乳化摘除人工晶体植入手术对眼压控制和前房角开放有效。
Objective To study the relationship between intraocular pressure (IOP) control and anterior chamber angle changes in patients with different types of acute angle-closure glaucoma undergoing phacoemulsification. Methods Seventy - eight eyes of acute angle - closure glaucoma were selected and confirmed by ubm and gonioscopy as angle - closure. Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed. The patients were followed up for 3 months. The anterior chamber depth, the intraocular pressure and the angle of the anterior chamber were observed before and after operation. Results The intraocular pressure control rate was 84.7% at 12 weeks after operation, and the open angle was 79.5%. Conclusion Acute angle-closure glaucoma underwent cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for intraocular pressure control and anterior chamber angle opening.
