氧气顶吹转炉炼钢耗电量最大的是除尘通风机,约占炼钢车间总耗电量的2/5.我厂炼钢车间为15吨转炉三座,通风机用低效率8-18-12、16~#离心通风机,电机为6千伏300千瓦.过去通风机从开炉吹炼到停炉止,一直处在负荷状态下工作,这样运行浪费电能.经测算,除尘风机对转炉生产真正起净化除尘作用的利用率低于60%. 为了节省电能,对除尘风机的进口蝶阀进行了改造,分别在两座(1~#与2~#炉)转炉风机蝶阀上安装了控制装置.经2个月的试验共测试25次,通过2585炉考验,效果比较好.到目前为止共使用一年十个月,工作正常,共节电62万度. 对蝶阀负荷自动控制要求:转炉在吹炼时,除尘风机进口蝶阀应打开,除尘系统起净化
