负压系统对深孔加工排屑这一难题有重大意义,尤其是在准干式深孔加工中。通过对已有深孔钻削负压系统工作原理的理论分析,文章提出一种新型高效的双曲面负压系统。并利用Fluent软件进行流体运动仿真,且将此负压系统应用于ZK2138深孔钻床进行试验。研究结果表明:相对于锥面负压系统,双曲面负压系统的负压效果更加显著,试验结果与理论分析相吻合。
Negative pressure system for processing deep hole chip removal of this problem is of great significance, especially in the quasi-dry deep hole processing. Through the theoretical analysis of the working principle of the existing deep hole drilling negative pressure system, a new type of highly efficient hypoid negative pressure system is proposed. Fluent software was used to simulate the fluid movement, and the negative pressure system was applied to ZK2138 deep hole drilling machine for testing. The results show that the negative pressure effect of the hyperbolic negative pressure system is more significant than that of the cone negative pressure system, and the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
