在从事某核电厂常规岛消防泵房设计过程中,针对消防系统给水泵有效运行工况范围无法满足消防系统小流量运行工况的问题,通过对供水系统管路设置的优化,增设回流管线,使消防水泵能够在有效工况范围内运行,并且也可以保证消防水系统小流量供水的要求。在消防水生产系统进行优化过程中,对回流管道的回流控制、回流管线布置、回流管设置的减压孔板选择等关键问题进行了分析和阐述,提出相应的解决办法,同时进行了理论分析与计算,并应用到实际工程中,本工程设计优化也为以后的设计提供了借鉴。
