炼焦煤是工业发展的要素,中国煤炭资源丰富有良好的出口基础。2004年中国炼焦煤的出口退税政策有所调整。本文通过统计描述分析与计量分析了解该政策对中国炼焦煤出口的影响。无论是从哪一种分析,都得到了一致的结论,即中国炼焦煤出口退税政策的调整对中国炼焦煤的出口影响是显著的。
Coking coal is an element of industrial development. China has abundant coal resources and a good export base. In 2004, the export tax rebate policy of China’s coking coal was adjusted. This article uses statistical descriptive analysis and econometric analysis to understand the impact of this policy on China’s coking coal exports. No matter from which kind of analysis, it is unanimously concluded that the adjustment of China’s export tax rebate policy on coking coal has a significant impact on the export of coking coal in China.
