居庸关云台坐落在北京昌平县居庸关关城中心,建于元至正五年(1345)。原为元代一座过街塔基座,台上曾建有三座藏式佛塔,已于元末明初先后被毁。明正统年间在此台上修建泰安寺,清康熙四十一年(1702)也遭焚毁,仅在台顶之上残留下寺庙的柱础遗迹。现存云台为白色大理石砌成,呈长方形,通高9.5米,基座下部东西长26.84米,南北长17.57米,基座顶部东西长25.21米,南北长12.9米。台顶四周为雕花石栏及排水龙头,台子正中南北方向辟有一卷洞,形状如半个八角形,属于我国古代砖石拱中一种较为特殊的构造。
Located in the center of Juyongguan off Changping County in Beijing, Juyongguan Yuntai was built in Yuanzhengzheng for five years (1345). Former Yuan Dynasty a street tower base, Taiwan has built three Tibetan pagodas, has been destroyed in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty. During the Ming and Orthodox years, the Tai’an Temple was built on this platform. In the 41 years of the Qing Emperor Kangxi (1702), it was also burned down, leaving behind the remains of the temples on the top of the Taiwanese cemetery. The existing Yuntai is made of white marble, rectangular, through height of 9.5 meters, 26.84 meters long under the base thing, 17.57 meters long from north to south, the top of the base is 25.21 meters long things, 12.9 meters long from north to south. The top is surrounded by carved stone columns and drainage faucet, the table is located in the north-south direction of a hole, the shape of half an octagon, belonging to a more special structure of the ancient brick arch in our country.
