本文初步探讨了实验室条件下蔗渣定向刨花板的生产工艺 ,研究了热压压力、热压时间、热压温度等因素对板材的静曲强度、内结合强度、吸水厚度膨胀率的影响。实验结果表明 ,蔗渣定向刨花板的纵向静曲强度较蔗渣碎料板有所提高 ,能达到国家同类刨花板的标准要求
In this paper, the production technology of bagasse oriented particleboard under laboratory conditions was preliminary discussed. The effects of hot pressing pressure, hot pressing time and hot pressing temperature on the sheet’s static buckling strength, internal bonding strength and water absorbing thickness expansion rate were studied. The experimental results show that the longitudinal static buckling strength of bagasse oriented particleboard is higher than that of bagasse particle board, which can reach the national standard of particle board
