当前,我国中小学德育低效问题比较突出,究其原因固然是多方面的,但从生态意义上看,在于德育生态的失调,即育人目标的失当、育人方式的失衡等导致教育力和接受度的反向增长,德育内容难以让学生入脑、入心,使得德育实效大打折扣。一、德育非生态现象的解读“粗放低效”现象在中小学德育实践中普遍存在,尤以学校内部德育的“非生态”现象较为突出。本文以中学德育工作实践为例,解读几则德育“非生态”实例,旨在提出在“生态学原理”观照下的德育生态建构的现实意义。
At present, the problem of inefficient moral education in primary and secondary schools in our country is quite prominent. The reasons are of many aspects. However, from the ecological point of view, the imbalance of moral education, that is, the misconduct of educating people, the unbalance of educating people, And the negative growth of acceptability, it is difficult for moral education content to make students into brain and mind, making the effectiveness of moral education greatly reduced. First, the interpretation of non-ecological phenomenon of moral education “The phenomenon of extensive and inefficient ” prevails in the practice of moral education in primary and secondary schools, especially the “non-ecological ” phenomenon of moral education in schools is more prominent. Taking the practice of moral education in middle school as an example, this article interprets several instances of moral education and non-ecology, aiming to put forward the realistic significance of ecological construction of moral education from the perspective of ecology principle.
