目的 :探讨橘茹冲剂降低放疗副作用的机制。方法 :作者观察了小鼠服用橘茹冲剂受照前后的白细胞、骨髓有核细胞及全血化学发光反应强度的改变。结果 :对照组、照射组和治疗组的骨髓有核细胞计数分别为 3 5 9 4±115 0 ,96 6± 5 0 8和 2 84 7± 12 0 3 (× 10 4 /ml) ,治疗组与照射组比较 ,P <0 0 1;白细胞数分别为 10 4± 4 8,0 8± 3 4和 11 2± 3 6(× 10 9/L) ,治疗组与照射组比较 ,P <0 0 5 ;化学发光峰值分别为 72 90± 481,5 60 0± 3 10和 695 6± 3 93 (计数 /分 ) ,治疗组与照射组比较 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :橘茹冲剂具有促进放射所致骨髓有核细胞、白细胞减少的恢复作用及改善细胞的免疫功能
Objective : To explore the mechanism of reducing the side effects of radiotherapy by Tangru Granules. METHODS: The authors observed changes in leukocyte, bone marrow nucleated cells, and chemiluminescence response intensity of whole blood before and after administration of Orange Rugran Granules in mice. RESULTS: The counts of bone marrow nucleated cells in the control group, irradiation group, and treatment group were 3 5 9 4±115 0, 96 6± 5 0 8 and 2 84 7± 12 0 3 (× 10 4 /ml), respectively. Compared with the irradiated group, P <0 0 1; leukocyte counts were 10 4 ± 4 8,0 8 ± 3 4 and 11 2 ± 3 6 (× 10 9/L), respectively, compared with the irradiated group, P < 0 The peak values of chemiluminescence were 72 90± 481, 5 60 0± 3 10 and 6956± 3 93 (counts/min), respectively, and the treatment group was compared with the irradiated group, P 0 05. Conclusion :Tanju Granules can promote the recovery of bone marrow nucleated cells and leukopenia induced by radiation and improve the immune function of cells.
