压力容器的分析设计日趋广泛,本文以阐述基本概念为主,着重介绍分析设计与常规设计的主要不同点;论述了分析设计中常用的力学概念,如极限分析、安定性分析等。并且通过壳体理论介绍了应力分类及应力评定中的基本概念,如一次应力、二次应力、峰值应力及其评定准则等;最后通过示例说明了这些概念。本文分为两讲,第一讲介绍分析设计中的力学概念,第二讲介绍应力分类、应力评定及示例。
The analysis and design of pressure vessels are becoming more and more widespread. The paper mainly elaborates the basic concepts, mainly introduces the main differences between analysis and design, and discusses the mechanics concepts commonly used in analysis and design, such as limit analysis and stability analysis. And introduced the basic concepts of stress classification and stress assessment through shell theory, such as primary stress, secondary stress, peak stress and its assessment criteria; Finally, these concepts are illustrated by examples. This article is divided into two parts. The first part introduces the concept of mechanics in analysis and design. The second part introduces stress classification, stress assessment and examples.
