代谢综合征是一组复杂的代谢紊乱症候群,胰岛素抵抗在其发病机制中起关键作用。肾素-血管紧张素系统在胰岛素抵抗发生和发展的多个环节发挥重要作用。故对激活的肾素-血管紧张素进行干预成为代谢综合征的重要治疗靶点。血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂/血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂可通过改善胰岛素敏感性,使心血管疾病的发病率及新发2型糖尿病的发病率下降。本文对近年来有关肾素-血管紧张素激活与代谢综合征的发生机制、阻断肾素-血管紧张素后胰岛素抵抗的改善和心血管事件减少方面予以综述。
Metabolic syndrome is a complex group of metabolic disorders, insulin resistance plays a key role in its pathogenesis. The renin-angiotensin system plays an important role in various aspects of the development and progression of insulin resistance. Therefore, the activation of renin - angiotensin intervention as an important therapeutic target of metabolic syndrome. Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors / angiotensin II receptor antagonists can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease and the incidence of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes by improving insulin sensitivity. This review summarizes recent studies on the mechanism of renin-angiotensin activation and metabolic syndrome, the improvement of insulin resistance after blocking renin-angiotensin system and the reduction of cardiovascular events.
