我们学校在校生人数一万五千以上,近五年的发展来看民班(维吾尔族、哈萨克族、柯尔克孜族、塔吉克族)学生比例不断增加,学生教育教学管理慢慢出现分支,本人长期的高职教育教学实践中分析和总结民班学生和普通班学生不管是学习态度、学习思路等方面出现很大的差异,因为他们的民族特征和行为方式、方法不一样,不管是独立班还是合班(民族学生和汉族学生在一个班上课)管理存在问题,各族学生间管理存在纠纷,学习存在跟不上。考虑到以上问题的存在,怎样开展和管理好民班学生和汉班学生的合班模式,一直以来都是我们先进管理模式的难题,以下是笔者对存在问题的粗浅认识和实践中的一些体会。
The number of students in our school is over 15,000. In the past five years, the proportion of students in the civil classes (Uygur, Kazak, Kirgiz and Tajikistan) has been on the increase. The management of students’ education and teaching has slowly become a branch. Analysis and conclusion of the teaching practice of higher vocational education in civil class students and ordinary students regardless of learning attitude, learning ideas and so there are great differences, because of their ethnic characteristics and behavior, methods are not the same, whether it is an independent class or Amalgamated (ethnic students and Han students in a class) management problems, inter-student management disputes, learning to keep up. Taking into account the existence of the above problems, how to carry out and manage the co-ordination mode between the non-government students and the Chinese students has always been a problem of our advanced management mode. The following is the author’s superficial understanding of the existing problems and some experiences in practice .
