目的探讨miRNA144-3p和miRNA146a-5p在结核性胸膜炎患者外周血表达及其临床意义。方法收集住院初治结核性胸膜炎患者、结核潜伏感染者和健康对照各30例。采集外周血提取RNA,采用荧光定量PCR技术检测miRNA144-3p和miRNA146a-5p在各组患者外周血中的表达差异。结果结核性胸膜炎患者外周血组miRNA144-3p表达显著低于结核潜伏感染者和健康对照外周血组(P<0.05),而结核潜伏感染者和健康对照外周血组之间差异无统计学意义。miRNA146a-5p表达在三组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论miRNA144-3p可能参与结核性胸膜炎的发生、发展,且可能对结核性胸膜炎诊断有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of miRNA144-3p and miRNA146a-5p in peripheral blood of tuberculous pleurisy patients and its clinical significance. Methods Thirty patients with tuberculous pleurisy admitted in hospital were enrolled in this study. Thirty patients with tuberculosis latent infection and 30 healthy controls were enrolled. Peripheral blood samples were collected for RNA extraction. Fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of miRNA144-3p and miRNA146a-5p in peripheral blood of each group. Results The expression of miRNA144-3p in peripheral blood of patients with tuberculous pleurisy was significantly lower than that of latent tuberculosis patients and healthy controls (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the expression of miRNA144-3p among the tuberculosis patients with latent infection and healthy controls. There was no significant difference in miRNA146a-5p expression between the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion miRNA144-3p may be involved in the occurrence and development of tuberculous pleurisy, and may be of clinical significance for the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.
