电子商务凭借其时空不受限、交易快捷便利的特点,在国家经济和百姓生活中发挥了举足轻重的作用,也成为实施“扩内需保民生”这一重大战略方针的有效途径。本文分析了当前电子商务消费者权益保障中存在的问题及其成因,探求权益保障的有效途径,提出政府、市场、电商平台、企业、经营户与消费者共同合作,实施具备社会适应性的权益保障对策建议,努力构建“扩内需保民生”前提下的电子商务消费者权益保障体系框架。
E-commerce has played an important role in the national economy and people’s life by virtue of its unlimited space-time and quick and convenient transactions. It has also become an effective way to implement the major strategic guideline of “expanding domestic demand and protecting people’s livelihood.” This paper analyzes the existing problems and their causes in the protection of e-commerce consumers’ rights and interests and the effective ways to protect the rights and interests. It proposes that governments, markets, e-commerce platforms, enterprises, business operators and consumers work together to implement socially adaptive Rights and interests of countermeasures and suggestions, and strive to build “expanding domestic demand for the people’s livelihood,” under the premise of e-commerce consumer protection system framework.
