为了解决氮气弹簧设计过程中多软件的协同和大量设计数据的有效存储及合理利用问题,设计开发了多软件协同的氮气弹簧系统平台。从多软件协同、数据管理和仿真过程等方面对系统平台进行了阐述,在VB,VC环境下,对系统平台所需商用软件进行了二次开发,编制了系统仿真程序。该系统平台有助于缩短氮气弹簧的设计开发周期,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
In order to solve the problem of synergy of multiple softwares and the effective utilization of a large amount of design data in the process of nitrogen spring design, a multi-software collaborative nitrogen spring system platform was designed and developed. The system platform is expounded from the aspects of multi-software collaboration, data management and simulation process. In the environment of VB and VC, the secondary development of commercial software required by the system platform is made and the system simulation program is compiled. The system platform helps to shorten the design and development cycle of nitrogen gas springs, increase production efficiency and reduce production costs.
