在高强度热轧带肋钢筋生产中,为了减少合金的添加量,降低成本,通过余热处理技术提高强度,达到力学性能标准和抗锈蚀要求。研究结果表明:高强度热轧带肋钢筋余热处理后,屈服强度和抗拉强度都有所提高,大规格比小规格钢筋随温度变化强度值变化更明显,而断后伸长率都能满足要求,上冷床的温度在720℃左右,强化效果最明显;上冷床温度820℃以上,金相组织均为F+P,在725℃以下钢筋金相组织出现B等硬化组织;随上冷床温度的升高,其表面氧化层厚度增加,上冷床温度较低试样与基体结合较为紧密,抗锈蚀性能较好。
