为了明确球孢白僵菌对玉米象的毒力,为玉米象生物防治提供依据,本研究采用浸渍法生物测定了球孢白僵菌Bb10716菌株在30,27,24,21,18,15℃下对玉米象Sitophilus zeamais(Coleoptera:Curculionidae)成虫的毒力。结果表明,在30,27,24,21,18,15℃条件下,接种Bb10716菌株1.76×108~1.76×103孢子/mL孢子悬浮液后第12天时玉米象成虫的校正死亡率分别为(2.22±0.21)%~(61.11±2.47)%,(3.33±0.26)%~(96.67±2.45)%,(6.67±0.23)%~(98.76±0.45)%,(6.67±0.23)%~(98.86±0.65)%,(0~56.67±1.54)%,(0~46.67±2.45)%。在30,27,24,21,18,15℃下,菌株Bb10716对玉米象成虫的毒力回归方程分别是Y=1.716+0.442X(R2=0.93),Y=0.81+0.74X(R2=0.92),Y=0.73+0.84X(R2=0.87),Y=0.48+1.26X(R2=0.84),Y=1.15+0.38X(R2=0.86)和Y=1.32+0.50X(R2=0.94),对玉米象成虫的致死中浓度LC50分别是2.68×107,4.49×105,1.20×105,1.70×105,9.16×107,8.33×107孢子/mL。用1.72×108孢子/mL孢子悬浮液接种处理后,对玉米象成虫致死中时LT50分别为(8.1±0.25),(6.5±0.36),(7.5±0.54),(7.1±0.54),(7.8±0.48),(11.6±1.12)d。由此表明,球孢白僵菌Bb10716菌株对玉米象成虫具有较强的毒力,在21,24,27℃下毒力最高,Bb10716菌株可作为玉米象成虫生物制剂开发用菌株。
In order to clarify the virulence of Beauveria bassiana to corn elephant, to provide a basis for biological control of corn, this study used the bioassay of Beauveria bassiana Bb10716 strain at 30,27,24,21,18,15 ℃ Under virulence of adult corn like Sitophilus zeamais (Coleoptera: Curculionidae). The results showed that at 30, 27, 24, 21, 18 and 15 ℃, the corrected mortalities of adult corn on the 12th day after inoculation of 1.76 × 108 ~ 1.76 × 103 spores / mL spore suspension of Bb10716 were (2.22 ± 0.21% ~ (61.11 ± 2.47)%, (3.33 ± 0.26)% ~ (96.67 ± 2.45)%, (6.67 ± 0.23)% ~ (98.76 ± 0.45)%, (6.67 ± 0.23)% ~ (98.86 ± 0.65)%, (0 ~ 56.67 ± 1.54)%, (0 ~ 46.67 ± 2.45)%. At 30, 27, 24, 21, 18 and 15 ℃, the virulence regression equation of strain Bb10716 to adult corn was Y = 1.716 + 0.442X (R2 = 0.93) and Y = 0.81 + 0.74X Y = 0.73 + 0.84X (R2 = 0.87), Y = 0.48 + 1.26X (R2 = 0.84), Y = 1.15 + 0.38X (R2 = 0.86) and Y = 1.32 + 0.50X (R2 = 0.94) The lethal LC50 of adults of corn were 2.68 × 107,4.49 × 105,1.20 × 105,1.70 × 105,9.16 × 107,8.33 × 107 spores / mL. After inoculation with 1.72 × 108 spores / mL spore suspension, the LT50 were (8.1 ± 0.25), (6.5 ± 0.36), (7.5 ± 0.54), (7.1 ± 0.54), (7.8 ± 7.8) ± 0.48), (11.6 ± 1.12) d. The results showed that B. bassiana strain Bb10716 had strong virulence to adult corn, and had the highest virulence at 21,24,27 ℃. The strain Bb10716 could be used as a strain for the development of corn adults.
