农民工群体是中国经济发展的主力军,是维持中国经济持续稳定增长和社会稳定的关键要素。本文从农民工自我调节角度入手,以宽恕行为为视角,探索了农民工遭遇不当督导后,排解心理困扰的方式。基于对广东东莞制造业企业326名农民工进行的问卷调查数据,本文得到如下研究结果:不当督导对农民工心理困扰具有正向影响效应,宽恕行为在不当督导与农民工心理困扰之间起到调节作用。
Migrant workers groups are the main force in China’s economic development and are the key elements in maintaining the sustained, steady growth and social stability of the Chinese economy. This article starts from the perspective of self-regulation of migrant workers, and from the perspective of forgiveness, explores the ways that migrant workers face psychological distress after being mismanaged. Based on the survey data of 326 migrant workers from manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, this paper obtains the following findings: Improper supervision has a positive effect on the psychological distress of migrant workers, and forgiveness acts between inappropriate supervision and psychological distress of migrant workers Regulatory effect.
