探讨河南与香港两地工厂管理人员职业紧张方面的差异。 [方法 ]采用职业紧张测试指标 OSI- 2和工作心理控制源量表测量工作紧张因素、紧张结局、心理控制源水平和其它相关因素。 [结果 ]香港管理人员工作紧张因素评分、忍耐性和应付策略评分均显著性高于河南的管理人员 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,心理卫生和工作满意感的主要影响因素为工作心理控制源 (R2 >0 .1 0 )。河南管理人员竞争性、心理控制源、信心充足、对工作组织的满意感和躯体健康感评分显著性高于香港人员 (P<0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 )。心理卫生的主要影响因素为内驱力、控制策略和工作负荷 (R2 >0 .0 5 ) ,工作满意感的主要影响因素为工作心理控制源 (R2 >0 .1 0 )。 [结论 ]香港管理人员在工作中经历的紧张程度比河南管理人员大。
Explore differences in occupational stress between factory managers in Henan and Hong Kong. [Methods] The occupational stress test index OSI-2 and work psychology control source scale were used to measure the stress factors, stressful outcomes, the level of mental control source and other related factors. [Results] The scores of stress factors, patience and coping strategies of Hong Kong managers were significantly higher than those of Henan (P <0.01). The main influencing factors of mental health and job satisfaction were psychological control source of work (R2> 0 .1 0). The competitiveness of Henan management staff, the source of psychological control, confidence, work-organization satisfaction and physical health scores were significantly higher than the Hong Kong staff (P <0.01 or 0.05). The main influencing factors of mental health were internal driving force, control strategy and workload (R2> 0.05). The main influencing factor of job satisfaction was working psychological control source (R2> 0.10). [Conclusion] Hong Kong managers experienced greater tension in their work than those in Henan.
