1.改进的必要性吊梁是一种设置了横梁的专用吊具,可用于吊装大型设备和结构件。采用吊梁吊装大型设备时,可以保持被吊设备的平衡。避免吊索损坏设备,缩短吊索的高度,减少动滑轮的起升高度。2台起重机采用吊梁进行起吊,则可提高整体吊装质量。我公司在吊运大型变压器时,为了缩短吊索高度和平衡起吊质量,采用了2台起重机和100t级吊梁。在起吊过程中,起重机操作手主要依靠肉眼观察吊梁的平衡度情况,以此决定每台起重机的起升速度和高度。采用这种方法平衡度不容
