汽车加速工况仿真实验系统由发动机 -测功机实验台架、模拟驾驶实验台和计算机数据采集及控制系统组成 .模拟实验时 ,系统将实时采集到的发动机、测功机的转速、扭矩信号变化 ,以及模拟驾驶实验台上踏板、变速杆等模拟车辆运行的状态参数的变化输入计算机进行处理 ,并由计算机实时地计算出模拟车辆的各个运行状态参数 ,发出控制信号 ,通过接口电路输出到测功机 ,控制测功机加载扭矩的变化 ,从而实现对发动机的变负荷控制 ,能够在发动机台架上真实地模拟汽车的加速工况运行状态
