齐鲁石化公司供排水厂6000m~3(标)/h 空分装置空气压缩饥机组的驱动汽轮机(NK32/36/16型,3553kW),1991年9月大修后两次单机试车,在6600,6500r/min(额定转速9050r/min)转速时,后轴承的振幅分别达70μm和61μm报警(规定报警值50μm)。应用 CF—300频率分析仪测得的频谱图看出,基频占主要成分具有峰值,振动值随转速上升而增大。振动最强烈处一直在后轴承上;示波器显示的振动信号波形为正弦波,转于轴心轨迹为椭圆。因此诊断为转子不平衡。经检查,联轴节的螺拴和螺母上面没有对应标记,致使安装混淆,造成转子不平衡。经

The frequency spectrum measured by CF-300 frequency analyzer shows that the main component of the fundamental frequency has a peak, and the vibration value increases as the rotational speed increases. The most intense vibration has been in the rear bearing; oscilloscope vibration signal waveform displayed as a sine wave, turn to the axis of the trajectory of an ellipse. It is therefore diagnosed as rotor imbalance. After examination, there is no corresponding mark on the coupling bolt and nut, resulting in the installation is confused, resulting in rotor imbalance. through
