在“五三”高效课堂理念的指导下,我在实践“展示+评价”7321优效教学策略过程中结合本校实际总结提炼了“听·读·练·评”四步高效教学法。本教学法以人为本,突出了学生的主体地位,在学习展示和评价中由追求知识的完整性、全面性到更加关注学生的性格、人格的健全;由注重知识能力的培养到更加关注学生的心理需求和精神成长;由传统共性和整齐划一的教育到更加关注学生的不同需求;由注重课堂环节、程序地编制到更加关注学情、氛围和师生、生生关系。
