工学结合的人才培养模式和校企合作的办学模式已得到职教界的普遍认同。工学结合作为职业教育的重要特征,在微观层面通过工学结合一体化课程可以得到充分体现。文章结合《啤酒生产技术》这门高职课程,以黄啤酿制、黑啤酿制、小麦啤酒酿制三个项目进行工学结合一体化课程建设为例进行阐述分析,并且通过三年的教学实践,使教学质量切实得到了提高,基本实现了学生综合职业能力发展的培养目标,对于职业院校进行工学结合一体化课程开发具有借鉴意义。
Combination of work and study of personnel training mode and school-enterprise cooperation in the school has been widely recognized by vocational education circles. As an important feature of vocational education, the combination of work and study can be fully reflected through the combination of engineering and learning at the micro level. Combining with the “beer production technology” vocational course, this article elaborates and analyzes the construction of integrated course combining work and learning based on the three items of yellow beer brewing, dark beer brewing and wheat beer brewing. Through three years of teaching Practice, so that the quality of teaching has been effectively improved, and basically achieved the goal of the development of students’ comprehensive professional ability, which is of reference for vocational and technical colleges to carry out the integrated development of engineering and learning.
