为探讨结核菌素（简称结素）试验在肺结核诊断、与肺癌以及肺部炎症的鉴别诊断中的意义。我科对1978～1984年住院病员中曾作结素试验的肺结核、肺癌和肺部炎症318例进行了回顾性研究，报道如下；
In order to explore the tuberculin (referred to as knot element) test in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, lung cancer and lung inflammation in the differential diagnosis. Our department conducted a retrospective study of 318 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, lung cancer and lung inflammation in inpatients who had been tested in our hospital from 1978 to 1984 and reported the following:
