目的研究和分析采用快速血糖仪和生化分析仪在进行血糖测量的结果的差异,为临床提供有参考价值的意见。方法使用5个浓度有差异的质控品与患者标本,采用快速血糖仪检测,需要连续检测5天,计算出准确的变异系数(CV)。采集58例患者末梢血和静脉血,以快速血糖仪和生化分析仪检测血糖,评价这两种仪器检测结果的差异。结果浓度有差异的5个质控品和56例患者的标本血糖仪检测结果在4.0%左右,符合国家对血糖检测系统的重复性要求。而快速血糖仪和生化分析检测结果的相关系数为0.975。结论快速血糖仪检测的精准度非常高,但是只能用于空腹血糖测定和过筛实验,与实验室血糖检测结果还是有差异,检测的范围相对比全自动生化分析仪窄。
Objective To study and analyze the difference between the results of fast blood glucose meter and biochemical analyzer in the measurement of blood glucose and provide reference for clinical practice. Methods Five control samples and patient samples with different concentrations were used to detect by rapid blood glucose meter. Continuous detection was required for 5 days to calculate accurate coefficient of variation (CV). 58 patients were collected peripheral blood and venous blood, fast glucose meter and biochemical analyzer to detect blood sugar, evaluate the difference between the two instruments test results. Results The blood glucose meter test results of 5 quality control products and 56 patients with different concentrations were about 4.0%, which met the repeatability requirements of the national blood glucose detection system. The correlation coefficient between fast glucose meter and biochemical analysis test results was 0.975. Conclusion The accuracy of fast blood glucose meter is very high, but it can only be used in fasting blood glucose test and screening test, which is different from laboratory blood glucose test. The scope of detection is narrower than that of automatic biochemical analyzer.
