自90年代初台湾经济泡沫破灭后,台湾房地产市场进入一个长达10余年时间的萧条期,成为影响台湾整体经济发展的一个重要方面。为刺激房地产市场的复苏,台湾当局推出一系列政策措施。在总体经济逐步好转背景下,台湾房地产市场出现回升迹象,新增楼盘增多,交易量增加,房价回升。但是,从总体上看,台湾房地产市场目前还不够稳定,未来发展仍存在很多不确定性。
Since the economic bubble burst in Taiwan in the early 1990s, Taiwan’s real estate market has entered a depression period of more than 10 years and has become an important aspect that affects the overall economic development of Taiwan. To stimulate the real estate market recovery, Taiwan authorities have introduced a series of policy measures. Against the background of a gradual improvement in the overall economy, the real estate market in Taiwan showed signs of recovery. Property sales increased, trading volume increased and house prices rebounded. However, on the whole, the real estate market in Taiwan is not yet stable enough and there are still many uncertainties in the future development.
