针对当前图书馆面临的新环境及图书馆员面临的生存挑战,本文阐述了图书馆员服务能力是一种动态服务能力。其构成因素包括馆员的数据挖掘能力、获取知识和知识服务能力、网络服务能力等;各个因素之间相互促进又相互制约。图书馆要营造良好的组织环境,培养图书馆员的精神风貌及其动态服务能力;同时图书馆员自身也要通过持续性学习、工作实践及创新来提高其动态服务能力。
In response to the new environment facing the current library and the librarians faced with the challenges of survival, this article describes the librarian service capability is a dynamic service capabilities. Its components include data mining ability of librarians, access to knowledge and knowledge services, network service capabilities, etc .; all factors promote and restrict each other. The library should create a good organizational environment, train the librarian’s spirit and dynamic service ability, and at the same time, librarians should improve their dynamic service ability through continuous learning, work practice and innovation.
