我支队碎石机的防尘工作,在接受兄弟部队经验的基础上加以改进,取得了一定的效果。但由于我们缺乏测定器材和测定技术,故仅能将我们所得到的一点粗浅体会介绍出来,供作参考,以便进一步改进。(一)碎石机作业时粉尘产生概况:碎石作业包括碎石与筛石两个工序。两工序是連贯进行的:块石由入口进人机槽内,压成碎石,由碎石出口流出。其下架以斜架之木槽,作为滑板.碎石经木槽下滑而入筛内。筛过后分成三种规格連同石粉石渣均落在筛底。而后专人装筐倾倒之。因此,石粉及石渣随着碎石一直经过各个工作部位,粉尘到处飞扬。工作人员工作一刻钟后,全身都是灰尘,虽戴有口罩,但吸入粉尘数量仍然是相当惊人的。为了便于比较,我们用两种办法,粗略地测定防尘效果:
