1984年,我们进行了“微机和电液比例阀在 TDY 51—200/360液体凹模拉伸液压机上的应用”课题的研究,课题于1985年2月9日通过鉴定。此项最新成果是在传统的拉伸液压机的基础上开发的,具有八十年代的国际水平,系国内首创。所谓液体凹模拉深成形新工艺,就是用超高压可控液压腔取代传统的金属凹模,实现了深拉深一次成形各类复杂金属薄板零件,而且可以达到很高的精度,如图1所示。这项新工艺
