随着社会的不断发展,物质文明的提高及建筑设计施工技术水平的日臻成熟完善,同时,也因土地资源日渐减少与人口增长之间日益突出的矛盾,高层及超高层建筑物越来越多。为了保证建筑物的正常使用寿命和建筑的安全性,并为以后的勘察设计施工提供可靠的资料及相应的沉降参数,建筑物沉降观测的必要性和重要性愈加明显。现行规范也规定,在高层建筑施工过程中应用沉降观测加强过程监控,指导合理的施工工序,预防在施工过程中出现不均匀沉聊,及时反馈信息为勘察设计施工部门提供详细的一手资料,避免因沉降原因造成建筑物主体结构的破坏或产生影响结构正常使用功能的裂缝,造成巨大的经济损失。本文针对地基的不均匀沉降着重探讨其防治和处理措施。
