为解决山西省小杂粮机械化播种问题,确定了与8.8~14.7kW轮式拖拉机配套的2BX-6型小杂粮播种机的总体方案,完成了排种机构、开沟器等部件的选择和参数确定。试验及示范应用结果表明:播种和施肥深度变异系数分别为3.9%和5.8%,种、肥总排量稳定性变异系数分别为2.2%和2.1%,种、肥各行排量一致性变异系数为4.1%和1.4%,种子破碎率0.5%。该播种机一次可实现开沟、侧深位施肥、播种、覆土、镇压等功能,适用于谷黍等种型为小颗粒的杂粮作物的播种作业。
In order to solve the problem of mechanized sowing of small grains in Shanxi Province, the general plan of 2BX-6 small grain sowing machine with 8.8 ~ 14.7kW wheeled tractor was confirmed, and the selection and parameter determination of sowing mechanism, opener and other components were completed . The results of experiment and demonstration application showed that the coefficient of variation of depth of sowing and fertilization were 3.9% and 5.8% respectively, and the coefficients of variation of the total output and the stability of species and fertilizer were 2.2% and 2.1% respectively. 4.1% and 1.4%, seed breaking rate of 0.5%. The sowing machine can realize the functions of ditching, deep side fertilization, sowing, covering soil and repression, and is suitable for sowing cereals and other small grain crops.
