目的探讨超声图像特征在乳腺占位良恶性病变诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法对经病理证实的200例乳腺占位的超声图像进行回顾性分析,观察肿块的部位、形态、边界、边缘、纵横比、内部回声、病灶后方回声、侧壁声影、微小钙化灶及有无腋窝肿大淋巴结;彩色多普勒着重观察乳腺肿块内部及周边的血流数量、分布、有无穿支血流、峰值速度、阻力指数。结果本组乳腺占位中,超声诊断增生结节49例,纤维腺瘤92例,乳腺癌59例,良性占70.5%,恶性占29.5%,术后病理结果良性符合率达100%,恶性符合率达93.3%。结论高频二维超声特征结合彩色多普勒表现对乳腺良占位良恶性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断具有较高价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonic images in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods 200 cases of pathologically confirmed breast ultrasound images were retrospectively analyzed to observe the location, shape, boundary, edge, aspect ratio, internal echo, lesion echo, side wall sound shadow, microcalcifications and No axillary lymph nodes; color Doppler focuses on the observation of breast mass within and around the number and distribution of blood flow, peak velocity, resistance index. Results In this group, 49 cases were diagnosed with hyperplastic nodules by ultrasonic diagnosis, 92 cases were fibroadenoma, 59 cases were breast adenocarcinoma, benign and 70.5% were malignant, 29.5% were malignant. The benign coincidence rate was 100% Rate of 93.3%. Conclusion High-frequency two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound has good value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.
