气相色谱仪是样品检测和分离技术结合的精密分析仪器,是一个性能好、型号多的技术综合系统,虽然结构原理十分相近,但是结构比较复杂,设置多样。使用方法只是参考,在操作过程中会出现不同的情况,不同型号的气相色谱仪只能靠使用者摸索其中的特点进行调试和检测。由于操作不当、气体不纯以及外界因素的影响,经常导致气相色谱仪发生故障,因此,本文着重对气相色谱仪操作中常常遇到的故障原因进行分析,并且找出相应的解决方法。
Gas chromatograph is a precision analytical instrument combined with sample detection and separation technology. It is a comprehensive technology system with good performance and many types of models. Although the structural principles are very similar, the structure is rather complicated and diverse. Usage is just a reference, there will be different situations during the operation, different types of gas chromatograph can only rely on users to explore the characteristics of which debugging and testing. Due to improper operation, gas impurities and external factors, often lead to gas chromatograph failure, therefore, this article focuses on the gas chromatograph operation often encountered in the analysis of the causes of failure, and find the appropriate solution.
