众所周知,柴油机实际工作过程中,进、排气门的开启和关闭,并不是在活塞位于上止点或下止点的位置,而是要提前打开和滞后关闭的。其作用简单地说就是为了进的新鲜空气多和排气排的干净。这种用曲轴转角来表示进、排气门开、闭的时刻,称为配气相位。进、排气门同时打开的曲轴转角叫气门重叠角。各种型号的柴油机都有自己的配气相位,它们一般是在设计时通过试验确定的。配气相位可用配气正时图来表示(见图1)。
As we all know, the actual working process of diesel engine, intake and exhaust valve opening and closing, not in the piston at the top dead center or bottom dead center position, but to advance open and hysteresis closed. Its role is simply to say that the intake of fresh air and exhaust clean. This crank angle to indicate the intake and exhaust valve opening and closing moment, known as the gas phase. Into the exhaust valve opening crank angle at the same time called the valve overlap angle. Diesel engines of all types have their own gas phase, which is generally determined experimentally at design time. Gas phase can be used with gas timing diagram to represent (see Figure 1).
