目的:研究芪天滴丸对麻醉开胸犬冠脉结扎所致急性心肌梗死的保护作用。方法:结扎犬冠状动脉致心肌梗死模型,芪天滴丸低(20 mg·kg-1)、中(40 mg·kg-1)、高(80 mg·kg-1)剂量组十二指肠给药后采用心外膜电图标测心肌损伤范围及损伤程度;红四氮唑(TTC)染色法测定心肌梗死区域,同时观察对血清心肌酶、血压、心率、冠脉流量、冠脉阻力及心肌耗氧量的影响。结果:芪天滴丸中、高剂量组可显著减轻心肌梗死程度并减小心肌梗死范围;明显降低血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)活力;降低心肌耗氧量;但对血压、心率、冠脉流量及冠脉阻力没有明显影响。结论:芪天滴丸对犬冠脉结扎所致急性心肌梗死具有一定保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Qitian Diwan on acute myocardial infarction induced by coronary artery occlusion in thoracotomy dogs. Methods: The model of myocardial infarction caused by ligation of canine coronary artery in dogs was established. Conclusion: Qitian dripping pill has some protective effect on acute myocardial infarction induced by coronary artery ligation in dogs.
