[目的]探讨首次急进高原士兵心理应激、心理资本与训练倦怠的关系及心理资本的中介和调节效应。[方法]2015年某月,随机整群抽取首次急进高原士兵700名作为调查对象,运用军人心理应激自评问卷、心理资本量表和自编士兵训练倦怠问卷进行调查分析。[结果](1)收回648份有效问卷,有效问卷率92.57%。单因素分析发现首次急进高原义务兵训练倦怠总分及身心耗竭、训练疏离和低成就感3个维度得分均高于士官(均P<0.05);年龄17~18岁士兵训练倦怠总分及身心耗竭、训练疏离得分高于19~29岁士兵(P<0.05);初中文化程度士兵训练倦怠总分及训练疏离、低成就感得分低于大学专科及以上士兵(P<0.05)。(2)首次急进高原士兵训练倦怠与心理资本呈显著负相关(r=-0.371,P<0.01),与心理应激呈显著正相关(r=0.622,P<0.01)。(3)中介调节效应分析显示:心理资本在心理应激和训练倦怠之间具有中介和调节效应。心理资本在心理应激与训练倦怠间的中介效应值为0.063,占总效应的10.11%。[结论]降低心理应激程度、提升心理资本水平是减少首次急进高原士兵训练倦怠的有效途径。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between psychological stress, psychological capital and training burnout and the intermediary and regulatory effects of psychological capital for the first time to plateau soldiers. [Method] In a month of 2015, a random cluster of 700 soldiers from the first rapid plateau was selected as the survey object. The questionnaires of self-assessment of psychological stress, psychological capital scale and self-compiled soldiers burnout questionnaire were used to investigate and analyze. [Results] (1) 648 valid questionnaires were withdrawn, the effective questionnaire rate was 92.57%. Univariate analysis showed that the score of training burnout and the physical and mental exhaustion, training alienation and low sense of accomplishment were all higher than those of the non-commissioned officers (all P <0.05); the training burnout total score and physical and mental exhaustion of soldiers aged 17-18 (P <0.05). The training burnout and alienation scores of soldiers in junior middle school education level were lower than those of college level and above (P <0.05). (2) There was a significant negative correlation between training burnout and psychological capital (r = -0.371, P <0.01) and positive correlation with psychological stress (r = 0.622, P <0.01). (3) Analysis of intermediary regulation effect shows that psychological capital has an intermediary and regulatory effect between psychological stress and training burnout. The mediating effect of psychological capital between psychological stress and training burnout is 0.063, accounting for 10.11% of the total. [Conclusion] Decreasing the degree of psychological stress and raising the level of psychological capital are the effective ways to reduce the training burnout of the first rapid plateau soldiers.
