一、引言煤浆浓度是洗煤生产中需要随时观测的重要参数之一,到目前为止,生产过程中一直是人工取样称重、计算、分析得到这一参数的。国内已有的几种γ射线密度计,因其只适用于高浓度的测量,不能满足洗煤生产过程中煤浆浓度测量的需要。为此,我们研制了TN-1型同位素浓度计。用它与取样称重法做了对比,相对误差小于10%的数据占对比总数的85%以上,相对标准误差小于4.3%,基本上满足生产需要。
I. INTRODUCTION The concentration of coal slurry is one of the important parameters that need to be observed at any time in the production of coal washing. Up to now, this parameter has been obtained by artificial sampling and weighing in the production process. Several existing domestic gamma ray densitometers, because they are only suitable for high concentrations of measurement, can not meet the coal washing process of coal concentration measurement needs. To this end, we developed a TN-1 isotope concentration meter. It is compared with the sample weighing method, the relative error is less than 10% of the total data accounted for more than 85% of the total, the relative standard error of less than 4.3%, basically meet the production needs.
