应用SDS-PAGE对日本血吸虫4周、5周和6周-SEA进行分析,分别出现21、14和20条组分蛋白带,三者间既有共同组分又存在差异,显示出不同的分子基础。于攻击感染后0~8周作动态观察,ELIB结果表明,4周-SEA及其免疫鼠血清的免疫学特性与5周-SEA和6周-SEA存在一定差异,其中被4周-SEA免疫鼠血清识别的72.4~68.5ku蛋白宽带至攻击感染后6~8周消失,与该抗原免疫鼠肝内虫卵数减少、虫卵发育延缓及肉芽肿缩小(在6周前)及后来的恢复(8周)基本一致。
SDS-PAGE analysis of the 4-week, 5-week and 6-week-SEA of Schistosoma japonicum revealed 21, 14 and 20 protein bands respectively, which shared common and differentiated components and showed different molecules basis. The results of ELIB showed that the immunological characteristics of sera from 4 weeks-SEA and its immunized mice were different from that of 5-week-SEA and 6-week-SEA, of which 4 weeks-SEA-immunized mice Serum 72.4 ~ 68.5ku broad band of protein disappeared 6 to 8 weeks after challenge infection, and the number of eggs in the liver of the immunized mice decreased, the development of egg and granuloma decreased (before 6 weeks) and later Recovery (8 weeks) basically the same.
