为了研究洪泽湖湿地土壤有机碳组分的空间分布特征及生态环境效应,试验采用野外调研采样和室内试验分析相结合的方法,测定了3种类型湿地土壤总有机碳(SOC)、可溶性有机碳(DOC)和土壤微生物量碳(MBC)含量。结果表明:洪泽湖不同湿地的土壤活性有机碳含量差异较大,但在空间分布上具有明显的规律性,表现为河口湿地>河漫滩地>出湖湿地;土壤微生物量碳及可溶性有机碳与土壤总有机碳呈正相关;可溶性有机碳与土壤总有机碳比值和土壤微生物量碳与土壤总有机碳比值均表现为河漫滩地>出湖湿地>河口湿地,河口湿地土壤可溶性有机碳与土壤总有机碳、土壤微生物量碳与总有机碳比值低于其他两种类型湿地。
In order to study the spatial distribution of soil organic carbon components and the ecological environment effects in the Hongze Lake wetland, the methods of field investigation and laboratory analysis were used to determine the soil total organic carbon (SOC), soluble organic Carbon (DOC) and soil microbial biomass carbon (MBC) content. The results showed that: the content of soil active organic carbon in different wetlands of Hongze Lake was quite different, but there was obvious regularity in the spatial distribution. The results showed that the wetland of estuary> floodplain> wetland of lake; the content of soil microbial biomass carbon and dissolved organic carbon Soil total organic carbon was positively correlated. The ratio of total organic carbon (SOC) to soil total organic carbon (SOC) and total soil organic carbon (SOCC) of soil organic carbon were all from floodplain to wetland to estuarine wetland, and from estuarine wetland to soluble organic carbon Carbon, soil microbial biomass carbon and total organic carbon ratio is lower than the other two types of wetlands.
