With the development of radio and television and the progress of science and technology, with the needs of propaganda work of the party committees and governments as well as the ever-changing and increasing demand of the masses for the consumption of radio and television, the integration and operation of radio and television networks are undergoing fundamental changes . At the same time, the diversity of employees’ values, the diversification of interests and the complication of various contradictions have given new and creative tasks and new challenges to the ideological and political work of the radio and television network enterprises.
