1989年,我们曾对新购进的机动脱粒机进行了调查,发现存在以下问题: (1)脱粒机上罩壳出料口处的铁皮较单薄,由于出料挤压厉害,上罩壳出料口边缘中间凸起撕裂。 (2)脱粒机上罩壳中间缺少两块铁板加强筋。 (3)脱粒机上罩壳中间缺少两只吊环,不便于移动脱粒机。 (4)淌谷板应由现在的固定式改为活动式,以便拆装保养栅形凹板。针对以上存在的问题,提出以下改进意见。 (1)在脱粒机前罩壳出料口的上方,增加一块长71厘米、宽5厘米、厚1厘米的铁板,并用螺钉紧固或焊接。 (2)脱粒机上罩壳中间增加两根加强筋。其间距为20厘米、长71厘米、宽4厘米、厚0.7厘米。两边侧板各增加两根加强筋,其高为32厘米、宽3厘米、厚0.6厘米,或用2.5×2.5的角钢也可。 (3)在脱粒机上罩壳之间的两边缘上,安装两只用10～14毫米圆钢制成的铁环。
