本文研究了在CPB及乙醇存在下Cd(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)与四(4-三甲铵苯基)卟啉在室温下发生的高灵敏度的显色反应。采用双峰双波长吸光光度法原理,选择适当的波长测量,以全主元消去法解线性方程组的程序,由计算机处理实验数据,可迅速得出三组分的浓度,测得的三组分的回收率在90—110%之间。利用本法不仅可明显提高测定速度和灵敏度,而且能较好地改善方法的选择性。
In this paper, we studied the high sensitivity color reaction of Cd (Ⅱ), Hg (Ⅱ), Pb (Ⅱ) and tetrakis (4-trimethylammonium) porphyrin at room temperature in the presence of CPB and ethanol. Using the principle of bimodal dual-wavelength absorbance spectrophotometry, selecting the appropriate wavelength measurement, eliminating the linear equations by the method of solving all the main elements, the experimental data from the computer can quickly obtain the concentration of the three components, the measured three groups The recovery rate of points between 90-110%. The use of this method can not only significantly improve the measurement speed and sensitivity, but also can better improve the selectivity of the method.
