在对银行青年进行日常的思想工作时,我们发现,同样的教育内容,对青年有时起积极作用,有时不起作用,有时甚至事与愿违。出现这种情况的原因是多方面的,其中一个很重要的因素,就是要看青年职工当时的情绪如何。喜怒哀乐,人之常情。人的情绪,是思想的反映,同时又有相对的独立性,会反作用于思想。比如常有这种情况,一个青年做错了事,当他情绪较好时就比较容易接受别人的意见;情绪低落时,则很难听进去什么。我们常说思想工作要有的放矢、对症下药,其中就包括要善于把握青年职工情绪变化的规律,采用各种方法保护积极情绪,转化消极情绪,从而收到事半功倍的效果。
