在大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤模型上,研究了人参皂甙Re(10mg/kg和20mg/kg)对心肌和血浆中前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)水平的影响,并与维拉帕米进行了比较。人参皂甙Re10mg/kg和20mg/kg及维拉帕米均可抑制大鼠心肌和血浆中PGE_2水平的升高,并且人参皂甙Re10mg/kg和20mg/kg的作用均优于维拉帕米,提示人参皂甙Re对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注时在循环血中和心肌内PGE_2大量蓄积所致的心脏损害有显著的保护作用。
The effect of ginsenoside Re (10 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg) on the levels of prostaglandin E2 (PGE_2) in myocardium and plasma was studied in rat myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model and was performed with verapamil.
