目的了解承德市食品安全现状,防范食品安全事故的发生。方法按照《食品中化学污染物及有害因素监测工作手册》和《2015年食源性致病菌监测工作手册》要求,使用气相色谱仪、液相色谱仪和原子吸收分光光度计等大型仪器进行检测。结果 2015年检测化学污染物及有害因素样品328份,超标9份,超标率2.74%,主要超标食品包括发酵米面制品、鸡肉、海产品、肉类和蔬菜等;检测食源性致病菌样品246份,检出致病菌19株,超标率7.72%,主要检出金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特氏菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌等致病菌,超标食品为肉与肉制品、地方食品和流动早餐。结论2015年承德市部分食品受到重金属铝、镉、镍、铅以及克伦特罗和金刚烷胺等化学污染物以及金黄色葡萄球菌等致病菌的污染,提示相关部门应加强对食品生产、销售等环节的监督与检测,确保人民群众吃上放心食品。
