自从2009年我校确立了以“培养学生自主合作习惯,倾心打造高效课堂”的校本教研主题。以主题研讨为活动主线,课堂为主阵地,教师为主体,开展一系列教研活动。在此过程中逐渐形成了“一题(一个主题)三研(课前研、课上研、课后研)”的教研模式基本框架。这种研究模式提高了教师自主参与教研的积极性,促进了教师专业发展,提升了教研组的研究功能,真正体现校本教研的价值。
Since 2009, our school has established a school-based teaching and research theme of “cultivate students’ independent cooperative habits and concentrate on creating effective classrooms.” The theme of the seminar as the main line of activity, the main position in the classroom, teachers as the main body to carry out a series of teaching and research activities. In the course of this process, the basic framework of the teaching and research mode of “one subject (one subject) three studies (pre-class study, class study and after-school study)” has been gradually formed. This mode of research improves the enthusiasm of teachers participating in teaching and research independently, promotes the professional development of teachers, enhances the research function of teaching and research group, and realizes the value of school-based teaching and research.
