中国制造业转型升级的关键是提升制造业企业的生产效率。基于中间投入视角构建理论模型证明,制造业企业服务化水平与其全要素生产率间存在“倒U型”关系。以2000-2006年中国工业企业数据库和WIOD数据库为样本,对制造业服务化对企业全要素生产率的影响展开经验研究。结果显示:目前中国制造业中间服务总投入水平以及金融、电信、批发零售等分部门投入水平均低于理论上的“最优”临界值,这意味着增加服务投入,制定合理产业政策促使制造业企业由“制造型企业”向“服务型企业”转变对其全要素生产率的提升具有重要意义。
The key to the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry is to increase the production efficiency of manufacturing companies. Constructing a theoretical model based on the middle input perspective proves that there is an “inverted U-shaped” relationship between the service level of manufacturing enterprises and their total factor productivity. Taking the sample of the Chinese Industrial Enterprise Database and the WIOD database from 2000 to 2006 as a sample, empirical studies were conducted on the impact of manufacturing service on the total factor productivity of enterprises. The results show that at present, China’s manufacturing industry’s total investment in intermediate services, as well as financial, telecommunication, wholesale, retail, and other sub-sectors, are lower than the theoretical “optimal” threshold, which means increased service investment and the development of a reasonable industrial policy. It is of great significance to promote the transformation of manufacturing enterprises from “manufacturing enterprises” to “service enterprises” to upgrade their total factor productivity.
