22例急性白血病和4例恶性淋巴瘤患儿于强化化学疗法(强化疗)后,应用粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)5-8μg/(kg·d),sc,qd,连用2-10d,作为支持疗法,以缩短其骨髓抑制期。临床统计资料结果显示,应用GM-CSF治疗组患儿.其强化疗后平均骨髓抑制期为12.1±s2.9d,平均发热时间为5.3±2.3d,均明显低于对照组平均骨髓抑制期19±4d和发热时间7.6±2.4d,P<0.05。应用GM-CSF后未见明显不良反应。
