本文研究了在氨水介质中,以硫脲为活化剂,Cu(Ⅱ)对H_2O_2。氧化碱性品红褪色反应的催化作用及其动力学条件,从而建立了痕量铜的催化光度分析新方法,方法的检测限为1.2ng/ml,测定范围为0~0.6μg/10ml,用于测定饮用水中痕量铜得到了满意的结果。
In this paper, thiourea as activator and Cu (Ⅱ) to H_2O_2 were studied in aqueous media. Catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace copper based on the catalysis and kinetic conditions of oxidation of basic fuchsin was established. The detection limit was 1.2 ng / ml and the determination range was 0 ~ 0.6 μg / 10 ml. In the determination of trace amounts of copper in drinking water has been satisfactory results.
